Instalment Plan Agreement - Harmoni Studio
This Instalment Plan Agreement governs all instalment purchases made through harmonistudio.com ("Harmoni Studio", "we", "us", "our"). By commencing an instalment plan, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to the terms set out below.
1. What the Instalment Plan Is
Our Instalment Plan allows you to reserve a piece and pay for it in scheduled instalments over a set period. The piece is held exclusively for you and removed from sale for the duration of the plan. The piece remains the property of Harmoni Studio until final payment has been received in full.
2. Eligibility
The Instalment Plan is available on eligible pieces as indicated at the point of purchase. All Harmoni Studio pieces are estate items and one-of-a-kind. Once a piece is placed on an Instalment Plan, it cannot be exchanged for a different piece.
3. Payment Schedule
The total purchase price is paid over a 6-week period as follows:
- Deposit: 30% of the purchase price, payable at the commencement of the plan.
- Instalment 1: 23.33% of the purchase price, payable 2 weeks after the deposit.
- Instalment 2: 23.33% of the purchase price, payable 4 weeks after the deposit.
- Final Instalment: 23.34% of the purchase price, payable 6 weeks after the deposit.
Payment due dates will be confirmed in writing at the commencement of the plan.
4. Reservation of the Piece
Once an Instalment Plan is commenced, the piece will be reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered for sale to any other customer during the plan period. You acknowledge that Harmoni Studio pieces are unique and that this reservation represents a genuine commercial cost to us.
5. Completion of the Plan
Once final payment has been received and cleared, the piece becomes your property. It will then be prepared for shipping or collection in accordance with our standard delivery arrangements. Our standard Returns Policy applies from the point of delivery.
6. Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your Instalment Plan at any time before the final payment is received. The following termination charges will apply, reflecting our administrative costs, payment processing fees, and the loss of opportunity to sell a unique piece during the reservation period:

The balance of any payments you have made, after deduction of the applicable termination charge, will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation.
7. Missed Payments
If a scheduled instalment is not received by its due date, we will contact you at the email address provided to arrange payment. If payment remains outstanding 7 days after the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the Instalment Plan. In that case, we will refund the payments you have made, less the applicable termination charge set out in clause 6.
8. Changes to the Plan
Reasonable adjustments to the payment schedule may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in writing by Harmoni Studio. We are not obligated to agree to any change.
9. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the piece is faulty, not as described, or otherwise in breach of the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the law.
10. Acceptance
By paying a deposit and commencing an Instalment Plan with Harmoni Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
